Additional Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

1. Acknowledge members/guests and meet or exceed their expectations.
2. Inspect the cart every morning to ensure the gas and oil levels are filled to proper levels. Report any damage, neglect or abuse of the equipment to your supervisor immediately.
3. Fill the beverage cart each day according to the stock chart. A proper requisition form must be filled out for all items required. The driver ONLY is responsible for inventory of the cart.
4. Mix, prepare and serve beverages and snacks per the guidelines set out by the supervisor. The driver is responsible for the collection of chits or cash for ordered items. Proper end of shift chit and cash responsibilities mush be followed, including ringing in all sales to JONAS and balancing to end of shift inventory levels.
5. The driver is required to follow the prescribed route as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager
6. Storage containers must be emptied each night, washed and dried. This is done to prevent the risk of contamination and mould.
7. The beverage cart must be washed nightly before being put away into storage.
8. Garbage must be removed daily and thrown in the dumpster behind the main Clubhouse.
9. Communicate with the supervisor and manager regarding supplies, cleaning and service.
10. Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
